For all Hamlin Pub bookings, please contact Sandee Singer at our office (248.398.9711, ext. 107). Please note that new information has been added above and below each calendar. By clicking agree (below), all artists and purchasers agree to the following provisions:
- Artist agrees check site on a bi-weekly basis for updates, information and newsletters.
- Artist agrees to provide Lorio-Ross Sterling Entertainment a minimum of 30 days notice for any cancellations.
- Artist agrees to log on and confirm any future bookings within 48 hours of notification by agency. All artists are paid with a check issued by Lorio_ Ross Sterling Entertainmnet unless otherwise stated. Checks are mailed by Friday following the engagement. Artist may pick check up at our office on Wednesday between 1pm and 3:30 pm
- Artist understands that if bookings are not confirmed on loriorosscalendar.com within 48 hours after contacted by agency, the booking at hand may be cancelled.
- Purchaser accepts loriorosscalendar.com as a continuation of any verbal and/or written agreements and must provide Lorio-Ross Sterling Entertainment a 30 day notice, in written form, signed and dated by a Lorio-Ross Sterling Entertainment representitive, for any schedule adjustments, cancellations or discontinuation. All Dueling Piano purchasers must provide a minumum of 45 days notice for cancellations, adjustments or discontinuation. All Dueling Piano artists agree to work only with Dueling Piano players scheduled and paid by Lorio Ross Sterling Entertainment at Pub 13, Coco Joe's and The Keys (formerly the Hayloft).
- Any promotion(s) companies, promotors or agents other than a Lorio-Ross agent that are involved, in any way, shape or form, with the booking of any acts on the following pages are considered a direct resource of Lorio-Ross and are exempt from booking entertainment in the respective venues without written consent from Lorio-Ross Entertainment.
REBOOKING In the event leader, key personnel, their company, corporation, partnership (or any part thereof) are re-booked by the Purchaser into any establishment owned or controlled by the Purchaser, or by contacts from the Purchaser within 18 months of termination of this Agreement, Leader and Purchaser agree to be jointly and severally liable for payment of commission to Agency at the same rate as provided under this Agreement, and any related confirmation, or contracts.Commencement of engagement together with physical delivery of this Contract is deemed to be a verification of an oral agreement and acceptance of all terms by all parties. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified, amended and/or cancelled except in writing, signed by both parties. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force. Both Leader and Purchaser acknowledge and confirm that they have read and approved of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The following artists in correlation with the respective venues hold no obligation to Lorio-Ross Sterling Entertainment nor to the above provisions:- Ken and Bob duo - all Hamlin Pubs

Artist-Independant Contractor
All artists execute this agreement as an independant contractor, not as an employee of the Purchaser or Lorio-ross Sterling Entertainment and hereby represents the authority to bind and contract bookings as a group or individual. Responsibility for appropriate payment of payroll, taxes and charges under applicable Federal ans local law will be assumed by the artist.
The Artist/each individual member is solely responsible for any injuries, accidents or damage claims which may occur in connection with this engagement and hereby holds Lorio-Ross Sterling Entertainment and any employee/independant contractors thereof harmless for any and all damages, and/or legal expenses for any accident, injury law suits and/or claims for damages of any kind, including but not limited to non-performance of this agreement. In the event artists are a "co-op" group, all members designate one member as leader for collection of all funds for the purpose of execution of the agreement. In such event, each group member agrees to take complete responsibility for paying the appropriate Federal and State taxes as an independant contractor reporting such sums to the IRS on Form 1099. |
